How Sivir wins

Sivir creates tempo by clearing at the correct moment, not by permanently standing at the enemy tower. Hold Spell Shield for the ability that starts the engage and use On The Hunt to move the whole team through a chosen window.

Sivir splash art and skins

6 skin splash references are attached to this Classic champion record. A “Classic skin” badge comes directly from the Data Dragon name; other entries are visual references and do not independently claim current in-client availability.

Classic kit

Abilities and practical use

Fleet of Foot

Use the movement gained from attacks to kite after a trade rather than staying for one unnecessary hit.

Boomerang Blade

Aim through a target whose movement is restricted and look for both passes without stepping beyond the wave.

Ricochet

Empower the next basic attack when several useful bounce targets are available; this Classic cast is not a sustained toggle.

Spell Shield

Block the lane's decisive control spell; a successful Classic shield restores mana rather than health.

On The Hunt

Accelerate an allied engage, disengage or rotation after the destination and follow-up are clear.

Game plan

Lane and map plan

Controlled clear

Use Q for both champion and wave value, but avoid auto-pushing before river vision is established.

Shield economy

Identify the one spell that enables the enemy all-in and keep E for it so the mana return funds the next clear.

Mid-game tempo

Clear a side or mid wave, then use On The Hunt to reach a tower or objective before the opponent resets formation.

Timing windows

Power spikes

First major attack item

Waveclear and direct trades both become more reliable once base attacks carry real threat.

Level 6

On The Hunt lets Sivir convert lane priority into a coordinated map play.

Grouped objective

Ricochet and Boomerang Blade gain value against compressed formations.

Matchup framework

What changes the lane

favorable

Single key engage spell

Hold Spell Shield for that one trigger and punish the cooldown with a fast push.

difficult

Multiple staggered controls

One shield cannot answer the full sequence, so preserve distance and rely on frontline space.

even

Poke lane

Shield the most expensive spell, clear cleanly and recall before chip damage removes objective tempo.

Classic context

Differences from modern League

  • Ricochet empowers Sivir's next basic attack and deals reduced damage on successive bounces; it is not an older sustained toggle.
  • Spell Shield restores mana rather than health when it blocks an ability.
  • Legacy items, stat runes and 21/9/0 masteries replace modern Sivir build assumptions.
