How Teemo wins

Teemo should accumulate small, safe advantages instead of chasing every poisoned target. Punish last-hits with Toxic Shot, save Blind for the opponent's damage window and place mushrooms where movement decisions happen.

Teemo splash art and skins

8 skin splash references are attached to this Classic champion record. A “Classic skin” badge comes directly from the Data Dragon name; other entries are visual references and do not independently claim current in-client availability.

Classic kit

Abilities and practical use

Camouflage

Set up from a safe stationary position for an ambush or escape, but do not rely on modern brush-specific behavior.

Blinding Dart

Use it during the enemy's empowered-attack window or to deny several basic attacks in an extended duel.

Move Quick

Maintain the passive speed by avoiding chip damage and activate it to preserve spacing when a melee champion commits.

Toxic Shot

Apply poison when the opponent steps up for a minion, then retreat before the trade becomes an all-in.

Noxious Trap

Cover river entries, retreat paths and objective approaches; Classic traps do not bounce to extend placement range.

Game plan

Lane and map plan

Ranged pressure

Attack when the opponent commits to a minion, then use Move Quick spacing before minion damage or a gap closer reverses the trade.

Blind timing

Hold Q for the empowered attack or highest-attack-speed window rather than using it as routine poke.

Trap network

After level 6, link river entrances and retreat routes while keeping one trap for the immediate lane or objective fight.

Timing windows

Power spikes

Early Toxic Shot ranks

Repeated safe attacks create a health lead that constrains melee last-hits.

Level 6

Noxious Trap adds gank protection and control over narrow approaches.

First on-hit completion

Attack speed turns every preserved spacing window into more sustained mixed damage.

Matchup framework

What changes the lane

favorable

Basic-attack duelist

Save Blind for the committed damage window and kite through Toxic Shot pressure.

difficult

Reliable gap closer

Keep the wave near safety, preserve Move Quick and do not spend Blind before the dive starts.

even

Sustain tank

Build a gradual health lead, control the wave and avoid overextending for a target that can absorb the poison.

Classic context

Differences from modern League

  • Noxious Traps cannot bounce for extended placement.
  • The guide uses the Classic Camouflage behavior rather than modern brush-specific assumptions.
  • Legacy stat runes and 21/9/0 masteries define the lane setup.
